- Does anyone know how much PSUs for the CD32 cost, and stockists thereof?
-
- The local Comet has a machine, but no power supply or other connectors,
- which is practically useless - I want to put in a lowish bid - what sort
- of price do you think (50 quid? - was originally 120 quid with box etc -
- which of course they can't find - DUH [I'd of bought it there and then if
- it had of been])
-
- Is it worth it? (I have an Amiga 500plus - I'd like to be able to use the
- CD32 for pulling a few files from and copying to local hard disc - are
- there routines for reading HFS (mac format) CD-ROMS and bog-standard PC
- type CD-ROMS? Then I could pull them off the CD32, and put them onto
- those machines?
-
- Also, while I'm at it (and the subject given to this post fades into
- memory :) - did anyone ever devise any hardware that allowed the CD32 to
- act as a slave SCSI device - that would be the ideal situation as it
- could be put to use on virtually any SCSI compatiable machine then as a
- simple CD-ROM drive (the Amiga side would be a pleasant bonus)
-
- Cheers,
- Duncan.
